                    walk through the door)
2.   1 hr/cap, 1 project
3.   2 additional hours if you help deliver the caps w/ the
officers

             i.   2/21 school wide dodge ball tourney - school winner
               will attend the county competition (2/28)

		1.      canned food drive (November 17-21)
			i.      3 cans = 1 hr, 15 can limit (5 hours)

			i. 20 tabs = 1 hour, 100 tab limit (5 hours)
		3. soccer balls for troops all this month
			i. 1 ball = 1 hour (inflated or deflated)
			ii. make banner after school tomorrow (hours and project)
			iii. work day at the Anderson’s to package & mail them to soldiers
		4. Super Bowl for Caring
			i. Wednesday November 19 in CCHS cafeteria
			ii. attend and receive 3 hours ☺

			i. sorting one day a month for a project and 2 NHS hours (3-5 PM) on the following dates:

   1. NHS, Key Club, and SGA have joined forces and will be collecting gently used or new clothing and toys all this week during A and B lunches and before school in the main loggia
   2. To be signed off for hours and a project you must have a written note saying you brought in something signed by a parent/guardian or a receipt from bought items
7. Brain Brawl
   1. Cooper City High holds the VP position in the country (Avra and Carly)
   2. We hold Brain Brawl at our school and it’s an academic competition, trivia bowl, in all subjects
   3. Sign ups for that are after the meeting as well
   4. Need 8 to 10 people who are committed to sign up
8. T-Shirts
   1. We have a design and they can be made as quickly as we get approval and all the membership dues
9. September 23, 2008 - Officer Conference
   1. Vote to have NHS pay $10 registration fee for the officers
10. IOC Dues
    1. Vote to pay $20 for IOC dues
