Dear NHS Members,

            I want to welcome you to the 2009-2010 year of NHS. We have prepared a great year for you all, with new technology and projects geared for the new age of school clubs. It is an exciting and rewarding time to be in NHS. There will be tons of projects for you to participate in to get your required hours as well as leadership opportunities for those who want to leave a mark at CCHS and in the community. We have a great group of officers who have worked extremely hard to prepare for this year and who will be at your disposal for any assistance you might require. We are here to make sure that every NHS member feels they have had a positive experience in the club and that the club has lived up to their expectations. NHS members are not people who are just in a club for the sake of it; these are people who want to be a part of something bigger than themselves and make a real impact in the world. In light of this, if anyone has an idea for a project, fundraiser or just a general improvement for the club, we want to work with you to make sure you have the resources and manpower to move your ideas along to the next level. I hope all of you will take advantage of what NHS has to offer and help us to bring the club to the forefront of service organizations in South Florida. This site is the place to start for all things NHS. During the year, you will see all meeting agendas, hour sheets, and project ideas listed on the site as well as upcoming events that you can choose to participate in. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact myself, any of the officers or Mr. Ditas (not during class). We will be happy to help in any way that we can.
