<p>I. Meeting called to order at 2:39 PM<br />
II. Supply Drive (January Project)<br />
      a) Collecting school supplies all this week and next week (member donations; teacher request mostly dry erase markers).<br />
      b) Will also be using candy sale money on supplies.<br />
      c) We will be needing volunteers when we put together bags for all 130+ teachers, more info to come<br />
      d) 2 packages (of multiple items) or 4 individual items = 1 hour.<br />
III. Seniors<br />
      a) Please do hours early; want all seniors to walk at graduation with the NHS cord.<br />
      b) May now turn in any hours in at anytime.<br />
IV. Tutoring (Ben)<br />
      a) Thanks for the amazing first half of tutoring; seeing tangible results.<br />
      b) We will be taking a two week break from tutoring, and restarting on 1/28 for the second semester<br />

II. Hours Collection (Ben)<br />
      a) Last week for the 1<sup>st</sup> semester hours to be turned in.<br />
      b) Bring hours in on Tutoring Thursday and Eric will also take them after the meeting<br />
      c) MAKE COPIES<br />
      d) May turn in hours as well to officers (NOT DITAS)<br />
III. Candy Sale (Ben)<br />
      a) All money was turned in on time.<br />
      b) Second phase of the project will start after winter break (teacher supply drive).<br />
      c) Member donations, corporate donations, and candy money all go towards the drive.<br />
      d) Everything will go into supply baskets given out to teachers.<br />
IV. Drives<br />
      a) Phones/Chargers (Jaime): Collecting old cell phones/chargers (women in distress) all this week in 3447. One item per hour (max three).<br />
      b) Can tabs and shoes drives are still continuing.<br />
      c) Book Collection for Invisible Children (John): so far 8<sup>th</sup> in the world (3 books = 1hour) [collection ends on January 20<sup>th</sup>]<br />
V. Project Smile (Jaime)<br />
      a) Raised $12,000!!!!<br />
VI. Possible Upcoming Projects (Ben)<br />
      a) Spring: Dodge ball Tournament, Habitat for Humanity (group activity), etc.<br />
      b) All member ideas/projects are welcome.<br />
      c) Members need to lead a project to be able to run for office next year.<br />
